Our specially designed convoluted Baguette & Batard pans will perfect your bread baking.

“Unique” hole pattern creates superior bake, and eliminates seepage through holes, during proofing. These pans are made from aluminum and are glazed for easy product release & clean up. Our Batard Pans are available in 3,4,5 and 6 convolutes. The baguette pans are available in 4,5 and 6 convolutes. Perforated screens for bagels are also available. All of our pans are standard 18” x 26” or can be made to order!
