Cream Cookers
The pro BAKE Cream Cooker is designed for the preparation of
all kinds of hot creams, melted chocolate, ice cream and much more.
Our Cream Cookers are all equipped with a Stainless Steel bowl
With jacket and agitator. The jacket between the tanks is filled with
Oil to ensure that the products will not burn or stick to the inside of the
Cooker. The agitator mixes the product continuously as it cooks. The
Timer warns you when the product is finished.
The Cream can be removed by pulling a lever causing the bowl to tip.
A protection grid is also provided to prevent accidents. Cream Cookers
are available in either gas or electric.
