RAW MATERIALS: potato flakes or flour preparations. With this machine you are advised to use a compact mix with a good consistency.
Can be in combination with LA MONFERRINA PNUOVA and P 6 machines.
All the constructional parts that come into contact with the dough are made of pure, never-changing STAINLESS STEEL.
