SPONGE CAKE DEPOSITOR

Roller depositor to feed the sponge cake sheet on the band of the oven, with thickness adjustable between 3 and 15 mm, depending on the different kind of product. Consisting of a hopper, that receive the batter from the Turboemulsifier, and of a roller at variable speed stainless steel roller, that deposit the product on the band. Thickness and width of the batter sheet manually adjustable by a draw profile. Width of the batter sheet variable from 600 to 1.200 mm. Independent stainless steel control system panel.
