SHEETING EQUIPMENT
High performance and reliability Sheeting line comprising:
- Four Roll Sheeter with grooved upper rolls 400 mm diam. and smooth lower rolls 400 and 310 mm diam.
- First and intermediate Gauge Rolls with rolls of 320 mm diam.
- Final Gauge Roll with rolls of 400 mm diam.
- Relaxing conveyor to reduce tensions of dough sheet.
- Rotary Cutter at one or two rolls
- Electronic synchronization of the embossing and cutting rolls of the two roll Rotary Cutter
- Scrap Return System with side scrap transfer and return into the hopper of the Four Roll Sheeter
- Automatic control and synchronization system of rolls and conveyors in cascade with the oven speed
FOUR-ROLL SHEETER
The sheeter, receiving fresh dough from the feeding system and dough scraps from the sheeting equipment, forms a dough sheet by means of the combined action of 2 grooved upper rollers of chilled cast iron, diam. 400 mm, and of 2 lower smooth rolls, of cast iron as well, diam. 400 and 310 mm. respectively. In its passage inside the machine the dough sheet receives three sheeting actions arriving to a very small final thickness. The gaps between rolls are adjustable micrometically by servo-controlled screw jacks. Independent variable speed drive units, adjusting the speed of the upper rolls, lower rolls and delivery conveyors, in order to grant maximum of flexibility. The lower rolls are provided with product detachment and cleaning scrapers, while the delivery conveyor is provided with automatic tracking and tensioning system.
GAUGE ROLL
The gauge roll, receiving the dough sheet from the upstream machines, gauges it at the requested thickness by the action of 2 lower smooth rolls, of chilled cast iron, diam. 300 mm for the standard gauge rolls and diam. 400 mm for the final gauge roll, calibrating the dough sheet towards the Rotary cutter.. The gap between roll are adjustable micrometically by servo-controlled screw jacks. Independent variable speed drive units, adjusting the speed of the rolls and the delivery conveyors, in order to grant maximum of flexibility. The lower roll is provided with product detachment scraper and the upper roll of cleaning scraper, complete with crumb recovery drawer. The delivery conveyor is provided with automatic tracking and tensioning system of the belts.
ROTARY CUTTER
The machine receives the dough sheet, after passing on a relaxing conveyor, provided also with a pressure roller, to reduce the internal tensions, and cut it out at the required shapes and sizes. At the machine inlet it is fitted an ambient air blower over the dough sheet. The head of the machine can be in single roller, combining embossing and cutting at the same time, or dual roller, one embossing the other cutting, to form the products on the conveyor belt against one or two rubber anvil rollers. Embossing / cutting are locked to the head by means of an automatic system by pneumatic control. Independent variable speed drive unit for motions of rolls, relaxing conveyor and delivery conveyor (two single drives for embossing anf cutting dual rollers). The relaxing conveyor and the delivery conveyor are The delivery conveyor are provided with automatic tracking and tensioning system of the belts, while the delivery end has an adjustable nose bar assisting proper dough release from the belt, complete with crumb recovery drawer.
